Ralph T. Salvagno, M.D.
Board Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon
Dr. Salvagno is a graduate of the University of Maryland
Medical School and completed his residency in Orthopaedic Surgery
at Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio. He has practiced
orthopaedic surgery in Hagerstown since 1987. He is a member of
the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American Association
of Hip and Knee Surgeons. Dr. Salvagno specializes in joint
replacement of the hip, knee and shoulder. Dr. Salvagno
serves as director of the Washington County Center for
Total Joint Replacement.

Roberta "Bobbie" L. Rothen, M.D.
Board Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon
Dr. Rothen spent 16 years serving our country in the
U.S. Navy. She went to medical school at the Uniformed Services
University of the Health Sciences and completed her internship
at Bethesda Naval Hospital. Dr. Rothen completed her residency
while stationed in San Diego. After completing her training,
she transferred to Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, where she spent
the last 6 years of her military career. She is a member of the
American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Dr. Rothen's
specialty is sports medicine. Dr. Rothen is the team
physician for Hagerstown Community College.
